Propel were approached by WeTransfer to find them a passionate and ambitious Vice President of Strategy & Operations to join the Ad Sales Leadership Team and help them continue to accelerate their international expansion.

Why did they need to use us?

Propel has a 20-year reputation in supplying world-class advertising and marketing professionals to a range of technology-led businesses and so were the perfect business for WeTransfer to partner with to help fill this newly created role. WeTransfer’s great hope was to attract a woman into the role if at all possible, and do so from as diverse a shortlist as possible.

What did Propel do?

The propel team created an extensive long list of businesses that could contain the right kind of talent and where the culture and values of the employees were likely to be aligned with those of WeTransfer.

The Results:

The search was completed in around 3 months, in a very busy market, with a female candidate drawn from a major UK newspaper group.
