Axonify are a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up based in Canada that were looking to expand into Europe, choosing the UK as their European headquarters. They have an L&D and communication solution for enterprise retailers and grocers, and spotted a huge opportunity in Europe, in particular the UK, to fuel further growth.
Why did they need to use Propel?
They needed localised recruitment experts that could advise on salary benchmarks and tap into the UK’s SaaS talent scene at speed. They had specific requirements across; Enterprise Sales, Marketing and Customer Success – requiring candidates to have specific experience within Enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
What did Propel do?
Propel has a considerable track-record of helping North American Edtech/ L&D SaaS businesses land in Europe. Traditionally, we have placed the RVP/ GM for the region before populating teams out beneath. However, with Liam (VP Europe) already in post, we worked closely with him in defining the GTM, headcount and skillset expertise that would be required for success.
Propel contributed to building the GTM team in Europe – placing 3 Enterprise salespeople, 1 Enterprise Marketing Manager and an Enterprise CSM. We’re delighted with the long-term results and continue to support Axonify with all hiring requirements in Europe.
