They have added 50 people to their team in the last 6 months and they are not slowing down. There are big challenges a-plenty as they scale up and evolve, which are going to require some talented folks to solve.

They are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to drive customer marketing strategy, from planning through to execution, including Account-Based Marketing. Reporting into the Head of Demand, you will be responsible for expanding awareness, engagement, product usage, and revenue growth within existing customer base.
You will develop a program to support renewals and expansion across customer base through a mixture of user community growth, automated emails, referral and review campaigns, events and webinars, and focused account-based marketing for strategic accounts. You will work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to deeply understand customer needs and challenges, and engage them with a mix of education, inspiration, and relevant product information.
What You’ll Do:
? Campaign strategy: Expand awareness and engagement within customer base with effective, scalable programs.
? Business goals: Support customer account goals including retention, cross-sell, and upsell.
? User community: Nurture user community to inspire, connect, and educate customers.
? Referrals and review: Work closely with Customer Success to run referral and review campaigns and find and champion customer evangelists.
? ABM: Work closely with Account Managers, SDRs, and Research teams to prioritize strategic customer accounts, focus on key opportunities and goals, map out stakeholders and segments, and run personalized ABM campaigns.
? Communications: Lead communication strategy to customer base, setting up regular CRM email comms to drive product engagement and reviewing and providing feedback to ensure messaging is consistent and clear across comms from marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success.
? Content: Collaborate with content team to engage customers with relevant content and comms via a mix of email and digital channels.
? Data analytics: Use data analytics, including intent data, content engagement data, and platform usage data, to pinpoint and action opportunities for outreach, cross/upsell, and messaging improvements.
? Customer insight: Become ‘customer obsessed’: listen into and join customer calls to become an expert on their interests, challenges, and priorities; synthesize trends and share with relevant teams.
? Expertise: Over time, develop and communicate a thought leadership stance on customer marketing and ABM best practice to share learnings and unique approach with customers and prospects
Who You Are:
? You have prior experience working in a CRM marketing role, ideally having experience within the B2B/SaaS industry.
? You have experience in using HubSpot or other Marketing Automation platforms.
? You have strong attention to detail and are an excellent communicator.
? You are a customer insight enthusiast, with experience in user research, NPS optimization, or using data to drive product led growth.
? You are a strong team player, and enjoy a healthy balance of working collaboratively, asking questions, and understanding other perspectives while also taking ownership and working independently.
? You are disciplined, organized, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
? You have an eye for design and can create materials and campaigns that look and feel on-brand, fresh, and engaging.
