Job Description
My client is urgently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to create and drive the CRM strategy for the business, encompassing digital, club and corporate memberships.
Our CRM Manager will be hands-on, equally happy working on strategy as they are implementing campaigns. Working closely with other members of the Marketing team, as well as working cross-functionally; the CRM Manager will be responsible for the management of the clients rapidly growing database, as well as leading the product upsell strategy across the business.
- Minimum 5 years experience CRM experience
- Proficient in Excel, DotDigital, Unbounce, Google Analytics and other CRM management systems.
- Experience of working for startup/scaleup clients
- Experience of building online communities
