It didn’t take long to establish that there were only 30-40 people in the UK that would be suitable for this role. These people were not actively on the market and therefore the search required somebody dedicated to getting in touch with these people by all means necessary.
It didn’t take long to understand the profile needed, so we spent most of our time getting to understand the business and all of the key selling points that we could use when pitching the opportunity to the best talent on the market.
Despite there being only a handful of people out there for this role, the client ended up with multiple choices by the end of the interview process!
