Heavily backed by BCG and Ontario’s Teachers Pension, AI based field operations software and future UK unicorn Fyld.ai were introduced to Propel as they started to plan for rapid growth.

Integral to the company’s culture and their plans was the development of a diverse team. This continues to be the cornerstone of our work together and we are proud to say that we have helped Fyld build a truly diverse business.

Fyld needed to hire across each business function and at varying levels of seniority.

Propel worked with Fyld to define the hiring agenda for the first year of their growth project. This included working on job descriptions, salary benchmarking, accessibility of certain pools of talent and likely time to hire.  The project was of such critical strategic importance that our stakeholder relationships were with the CEO and COO.

Our relationship has resulted in the successful hiring of 10 candidates across multiple departments over a 9 month period and our relationship is ongoing.

The Challenge

Fyld were embarking on a considerable growth project and needed a partner who could deliver on a varied group of essential hires in a short amount of time.

As important to this was that their chosen partner be a thought leader in diversity and inclusion in the UK tech sector.
