What did Propel do?
We worked closely with Erin to understand the needs for the business, the type of skills that could add value and set out to support her with a team build. We mapped the market of all of the relevant FinTech B2B Software businesses and were headhunted from such places. We consulted on salaries and benchmarketing, we supported with hires ranging from head of demand gen, content, campaign manager, editorial content, copywriters, performance marketing, product marketers. We have continued to support the business from a freelance perspective regarding tech hires.
