Our client is looking for a new Senior Manager, B2B2C to join their growing marketing team. This role is integral to their marketing strategy as they look to create an employee-facing office booking product, and drive retention and referral among employees and teams.
As the first B2B2C marketing hire you will promote and scale a flexible product, used by employees and teams to book co-working spaces, meeting rooms and private offices through a website. You will fuel its adoption, usage, retention and referral.
*Customer acquisition: using organic and paid digital channels, you will drive adoption by formulating the strategy, budget allocation and KPIs for this and use freelancers or agencies to execute.
*CRM: you will use email marketing and SMS to drive repeat use, cross-sale and referral from specific segments of the user base, through both lifecycle and campaign-led marketing. You will be responsible for formulating a testing programme and mapping it to segments of the user base, and will work with a Content Manager and Designer to test and optimise. You will also assess the effectiveness of the current CRM platform for targeting and automation purposes, and recommend alternatives based on your experience.
*Referral: you will experiment with alternative referral methods to increase usage within specific organisations to a target level.
*Brand: you will work with the Head of Product Marketing to develop the positioning and messaging of the employee-facing brand. You will raise awareness and consideration of the product through social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), offline channels and PR, working with agencies as required.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*5 years+ of experience in consumer digital marketing, both in acquisition and retention, including experience of B2B2C marketing
*Deep understanding of online acquisition channels including SEO, PPC and social media; app marketing experience (including ASO) not essential, but preferred
*Deep understanding of CRM/ email marketing as a driver of retention
*Data-driven, with a mindset to continuously improve, measure and test
*Experience of building a B2C Marketing function from scratch at a start-up or scale-up
*Empathetic management style and experience of working with a mix of full time, agency and freelance team members
*Comfortable being uncomfortable, in a fast-paced, ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment
