Quality Practice Lead – High Growth Cyber Insurtech
A high growth cyber insurtech based in London that is at the forefront of it’s industry is looking for a Quality practice lead to join the team and own it’s quality function. This is a multi-faceted role where you will have the opportunity to join and lead a high performing team of QA engineers being responsible for their career growth while also setting quality strategy and ensuring the function run’s at it’s highest potential.
As a Quality Practice for this high growth cyber insurtech you will have the opportunity to shape how Quality evolves over an exciting period for the technology team and business overall. You will be a thought leader within the business playing a key role in architecting the businesses automation framework and managing the test team to reduce defects.
You will also work with other practice leads across Software Development DevOps and agile to ensure Quality is at the heart of everything the technology team does.
You will –
Develop the quality strategy across the business, evaluating what the current practices look like and if there are areas for improvement
Work closely with other areas of to implement software strategy
Hire, coach and mentor a high performing team of SDET’s and QA engineers
Put in place career development plans
Integrate quality practices into the DevOps platforms and services
As a Quality Practice lead for this high growth cyber Insurtech you will have a variety of skills that will help you succeed in the role (Don’t worry if you don’t have all these skills still apply!):
Experience developing and executing a teststrategy
Experience with Microsoft Technologies and .net systems.
Experience in developing metrics to access performance of the test team
Experience coaching mentoring and hiring Quality professionals
Deep Agile Experience
Experience with continuous integration and Automation
Experience with Delivery and Technologies around that
