Job Description
The Role
As a QA automation Tech Lead you will provide thought leadership to the business's already well-established Automation Engineering team. You will provide expertise, support and leadership to a number of cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for –
Providing leadership on testing roadmap as the team grows.
Assist the existing QA team to tackle new features
Review testing scenarios
Coaching and mentor the current QA team
Experiment and recommend new QA technologies
Make testing Processes as efficient as possible.
About You
As a QA Automation Tech Lead you’ll have a number of skills that will enable you to succeed in this position (don’t worry if you don’t hit all of these still apply if you think you can adapt / learn) –

As a QA Automation Tech Lead you can earn anywhere from £90,000 - £110,000 plus substantial share options.
