Propel are proud to be partnering with this recently seed-funded, Fintech startup, which is disrupting the gig economy.
Established in 2019, the company are on track to rapidly grow in size in 2021, after securing deals with leading companies within the UK and will also be rolling out into Europe very soon.
They’re now looking to hire their first Product Marketing Manager who will play a vital role in building and scaling the product, working in tandem engineering, design and operations teams.
You’ll lead the team across all marketing activity, and will be given all the support required to get this product up and running from day one. This will include developing a “Go to Market” strategy as they move into new territories, drive growth via paid and organic channels, email, social and affiliates.
Their still a super agile team, so you’ll be working closely with C Suite members of the business daily, which will give you the chance to make a real impact on the future development of the business and its product.
This is a role best suited to someone passionate about making a core fundamental change to the financial sector, the product has the power to make a real impact on to lives of all people currently working in the gig industry, providing them with a level of security otherwise unseen before.
This will mean you’re able to engage with the audience on a deep level via storytelling but also driven by data and insight to create fast changes.
You’ll ideally have already worked in a high growth business and won’t be shy of failing, testing and have a passion for problem-solving.
