The Company

The Role

With your in-depth knowledge of the HR ecosystem and the variety of potential target audiences within it you will take the lead on creating engaging product messaging and go-to-market content that support the acquisition, on-boarding and retention of customers. This is a key role in bringing to life the product proposition and explaining how it solves critical pain-points for business customers.

What You'll Do

*Take the lead on the product marketing positioning, personal development and messaging
*Develop product marketing content to support sales enablement and go-to-market activities
*Develop product content to support customer onboarding and user experience
*Create product marketing content to support customer stickiness, retention and expansion and advocacy

Skills You Have

*Experience of creating and executing B2B marketing strategies to enterprise customers in the HR and Talent marketplace
*Superb marketing content creation experience for different audiences across multiple channels and formats
*Outstanding communication, presentation and authentic storytelling skills - with an ability to craft compelling and succinct positioning, messaging and differentiation
*Results-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude to get things done
*Excellent project management skills - demonstrated experience in establishing and executing multiple projects at one time with a real attention to detail
*Start-up ready - you are naturally proactive, default to action and be a natural problem-solver
*Ability to balance both strategic and tactical imperatives

This role is ideal for a Product Marketing Manager who knows the HR ecosystem, who has a background in content and doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up to produce it. Start-up mentality and experience is essential, with a bias to action and willingness to wear a few hats. In return, you will learn and develop as the company grows and benefit from its ethos of accommodating a flexible workforce.
