Job Overview
A Lead Product Designer is required to join the mission in preventing hospitalisations and suffering from conditions that could have been prevented or treated at home.
You’ll join their product team, designing and building tech that literally saves lives. You will work across mobile, web and cloud. You will build ground-breaking software that: deploys incredibly advanced Machine Learning models (developed by their ML team); captures data directly from the latest medical sensors; protects patients’ most sensitive data. You will work with an outstanding, truly multidisciplinary team to make this software accessible in the most remote communities for non-medical users.
What you'll be doing
1. You will be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class user experience founded on insight and research, embed a culture of design quality throughout the organisation and over time hire and develop a world-class design team.
2. As the first internal design hire, you'll put in place the founding pillars of design excellence that will enable the team and capabilities to scale, while leading on tactical, hands-on design improvements will help drive that scale and commercial success.
