It's an exciting time to join having recently been acquired by one of the worlds most legendary recording studios, who have a 5 year plan to provide the commercial and operational firepower that the business deserves to grow to its full potential.
As part of this plan, they are now seeking a Head of Growth to come on board. As the Head of Growth you will to support the business through a rapid scale-up and beyond. Responsible for GTM strategy, driving new users through acquisition and growing brand awareness.
Develop a compelling and ambitious marketing strategy covering growth and brand lead activity
Understand the target customer, develop the proposition and nurture user journeys to improve conversion rates to purchase
Manage all marketing channels including digital, email, socials, partner marketing, content marketing strategy
Run targeted data-driven experiments to identify the most effective channels with a clear view of CAC and double down on what works
Own and deploy the marketing budget with a firm focus on ROI and engagement metrics
Managing agencies and freelancers
Responsible for recruiting new team members
Previous experience in a high-growth B2C start-up
Must have SaaS or subscription experience
Experience in building a direct to consumer brand
Proven experience in a growth focused role especially software marketing
You should also understand the importance of brand, story telling, community and PR and have experience working across these areas with an organic and creative approach.
