As the Head of CRM you will lead the function globally, driving forward the CRM Transformation programme and initiatives across 80 international locations. This is a key hire for the business and it is crucial we find someone exceptional!
Own the strategy for the Customer Journey and CRM roll out across 80 International locations
Lead the CRM marketing initiatives to optimise acquisition, retention, personalisation, and promotional strategies
Supporting the Head of Transformation, Data & Digital to ensure a successful rollout of the global CRM platform across all 5 continents
Develop reporting and insights based on a clear understanding of business objectives to inform marketing initiatives, per region
Develop CRM best practices for the different business groups and cross functional teams to ensure success
Drive ongoing analysis of customer and potential customer behaviour
Drive execution of strategy across email, including promotional, automated, and segmented/customised campaigns
Minimum 5 years proven execution of CRM marketing initiatives aimed at optimising lead gen + customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, personalisation and promotional strategies
Experience of developing integrated marketing strategies and integration of CRM with broader traditional and digital marketing efforts
Developing and implementing data-led marketing techniques that will drive new customers
