Shane Callaghan

Shane has over six years of recruitment experience. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, he moved from Ireland to London in 2018 and began his career in contract finance recruitment. Over the last four years, he has focused predominantly on finding top commercial talent for tech start-ups and scale-ups.

Shane recruits across new business, account management, and customer success roles, from entry-level through to C-level, helping tech companies scale with the right teams in place.

Outside of work, Shane is a huge music fan and a dedicated Bruce Springsteen enthusiast. He has played Gaelic football since he was six and proudly supports his home county, Donegal.
