Scott specialises in technology recruitment across emerging fields such as Data, AI, AR, and VR, bringing over eight years of contract recruitment experience and a genuine passion for innovation. After graduating with a degree in Musical Theatre, he discovered recruitment through an alumni conversation and quickly realised it was the perfect fit, combining his love of people, learning, and connection.

He partners with FTSE 100 companies, consultancies, and creative agencies, helping them build teams that are shaping the next generation of technology. Relationship-driven and grounded in integrity, Scott believes that doing the right thing first ensures the rest will follow — a mindset that guides the way he works with both clients and contractors.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys watching football, going for a run, or catching a musical. Fun fact: he once performed on the West End — for one night only, but it still counts!
