Melina is digitally native and has over two decades of experience building innovative senior teams across the tech ecosystem, making her one of the most recognisable figures in the digital industry. She is deeply embedded in the high-growth tech community, with a network spanning VCs, founders, and industry influencers, and frequently advises companies on talent growth and international expansion into the UK and Europe.

As a pioneer of talent for the digital economy, Melina founded Propel London in 2001. Today, the agency is one of the UK’s largest independent digital talent businesses, having helped hundreds of organisations scale through the acquisition of skilled digital professionals. She has also invested in and advised numerous high-growth tech companies, mentoring founders and championing female entrepreneurs in the process.

Melina is a passionate advocate for diversity in business and the digital sector. She regularly speaks at industry events, contributes thought leadership articles, and hosts discussions on the future of technology, gender pay gaps, diversity, the gig economy, and the importance of company culture and values. Her expertise and influence have been widely recognised: she was named in the Hospital Club’s “Top 100 Influential People in Digital,” won the inaugural MARA Award for “Best Human Resources Boss,” and led Propel to the “Best Large Agency” title in 2012.
