Jamie is Propel’s pocket rocket tech recruiter, bringing nearly eight years of experience to the team. She began her career specialising in Salesforce and other CRM recruitment across the UK and Europe, before expanding her focus to Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, QA, and Support. Jamie is passionate about connecting gender and ethnic minorities, as well as neurodiverse candidates, with the best opportunities in the market. She works with a wide range of businesses, from ambitious startups to enterprise organisations, helping to create a smoother and more effective hiring process for all.

Outside of work, Jamie’s energy and curiosity keep her busy. She loves socialising, exploring new hobbies, and testing her competitive streak through sports – even if she’s still perfecting her technique!
