Hope specialises in recruiting marketing talent that makes a real impact, combining her experience in both marketing and tech recruitment. While she initially fell into recruitment by chance, she quickly discovered it was the perfect fit, thanks to her love of conversation, people, and building lasting relationships.

She partners with fast-growing startups and scale-ups, placing marketing professionals across a variety of roles, with a particular passion for building Marketing Operations teams from the ground up. A strong believer in PMA (Positive Mental Attitude), Hope brings optimism and resilience to every search – qualities that shape the way she works with both clients and candidates.
