Ben Dalzell

Ben is Propel’s Chief Operations Officer, playing a central role in the day-to-day running of the business and working closely with Melina, Founder & CEO, to shape the company’s long-term strategy. He oversees multiple departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, and has been instrumental in driving major initiatives such as a brand launch, new website, updated tech, and the implementation of innovative recruitment models across the teams.

Outside of work, Ben can often be found exploring parks, farms, or zoos with his son, Fraser and daughter, Mia. He’s also a dedicated Norwich City fan, a passion that speaks to his resilience and team spirit both on and off the field.
