VDC Manager (Austin, Texas)

Our client is a VC-backed, category-defining ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered.

You’ll own the successful implementation and adoption of the platform across multiple construction projects. You’ll be embedded with project teams — driving onboarding, influencing behaviours on-site and ensuring the technology becomes part of day-to-day project delivery.What You’ll Do

• Lead onboarding and training for project teams across multiple live construction sites
• Drive product adoption and embed the platform into daily workflows
• Act as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders and site leadership
• Deliver measurable value and ROI across customer portfolios
• Gather insights from site usage and feed into product development
• Support account expansion through strong customer outcomes and advocacy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams

About You

• Experience in construction (Project Engineer, PM, Superintendent or similar)
• Strong understanding of how construction projects operate on-site
• Comfortable driving change and influencing teams in live environments
• Excellent stakeholder management — able to work across senior and site-level teams
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Willingness to travel (30–50%)
