• A user-first mindset with a passion for accessible, high-quality content
• Confidence managing stakeholders and working across teams
• Curiosity about AI and how it can enhance content and workflows
? What you’ll do:
• Create and maintain technical documentation and API references
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, user-focused content
• Advocate for users and continuously improve documentation quality
• Leverage analytics, research, and modern tools to optimise content
? The team:
You’ll be part of a 40+ strong team across Brand Design, Product Design, UX Research, and Content Design, working in a hybrid model (3 days in the office).
? Your growth journey:
From getting hands-on with documentation and repositories in your first month to independently owning product areas and driving improvements by month six—you’ll be supported every step of the way.
If you’re passionate about technology, love simplifying complexity, and want to make a real impact in fintech, we’d love to hear from you.
