Technical Support Engineer (NAM & LATAM) | Canada (Toronto-based hybrid)
£45K (flexible for the right person) | Global SaaS Scale-UpWe’re partnering with a global SaaS company that’s building out their in-house Technical Support function for the North American and Latin American regions and they’re on the lookout for a Spanish-speaking Support Engineer to join their growing Canadian team.

You’ll be joining a collaborative international environment, working closely with engineering, customer success and product teams across multiple regions to ensure every customer gets world-class technical support.

What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the go-to person for daytime support across NAM and LATAM
- Managing and resolving multiple high-priority incidents with speed and precision
- Troubleshooting issues across a SaaS and mobile application environment
- Translating complex technical info for non-technical users and internal teams
- Maintaining and improving Knowledge Base documentation (English & Spanish)
- Feeding insights back to product and engineering to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and clear communication

What we’re looking for:
- Based in or near Toronto (within an hour’s commute ideally)
- Fluent Spanish speaker – essential
- Experience working in global teams and cross-time zone environments
- Proven background in Tech Support / Application Support / 2nd Line Support
- Strong communicator with a calm, problem-solving approach
- Confident writing and maintaining customer-facing documentation (KBs, FAQs, etc.)
