? What You’ll Be Doing:

Handle escalated support queries from customers
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure resolution or appropriate escalation
Analyse video footage and AI metadata to investigate system anomalies
Create detailed reports on system performance
Help shape future system enhancements and boost customer satisfaction


? What You’ll Bring:

Experience in a technical support or analyst role, ideally with AI or software systems
Confidence in dealing with customers and translating complex issues into simple terms
Ability to analyse structured/unstructured data, especially video and metadata


Bonus Points for:

Exposure to AI, computer vision, or ML systems
Familiarity with Go, Python, or similar languages
Knowledge of retail tech or self-checkout systems
Experience using video analysis tools or support ticketing platforms
