We’re supporting a fast-growing financial services business to find an experienced SEO & AEO Lead to take ownership of its organic search strategy.

This is a senior, hands-on contract focused on growing visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer platforms. You’ll lead the roadmap across technical SEO, website architecture, content structure and internal linking, helping the business increase qualified organic traffic across existing and new markets.The Role
Define and deliver the SEO and AEO strategy across priority European markets.
Own the technical SEO roadmap, including page templates, structured content and internal linking.
Work closely with Technology teams to manage the technical SEO backlog and CMS requirements.
Improve visibility across traditional search engines and LLM-powered answer platforms.
Support content planning and ensure SEO best practice across all organic pages.
Partner with CRO and Paid Media teams to improve landing-page performance and conversion.
About You
Strong technical SEO experience with a good understanding of AEO.
Experience creating scalable website structures and page templates.
Comfortable working closely with developers and technical teams.
Strong understanding of search intent, SERPs and organic discovery.
A track record of delivering measurable growth in rankings, traffic and acquisition.
Experience within financial services, fintech or another regulated industry would be beneficial.
