We’re seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI capabilities that transform how complex, data-rich operations run in the field. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product vision, data science, and real-world impact.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define and execute an ambitious AI strategy - translating conceptual opportunities into practical, scalable products that drive measurable outcomes for users.
What You’ll Do
• Define and deliver the AI product roadmap — identifying and validating opportunities to create customer and business value.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to design, build, and launch AI-driven features that deliver tangible results.
• Collaborate with commercial and customer teams to bring new capabilities to market and ensure adoption and success.
• Drive the discovery, validation, and scaling of AI use cases through experimentation, customer pilots, and data-driven insight.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI/ML, advocating for their smart integration into product strategy.
• Shape the long-term vision for how AI enables operational excellence across large, distributed workforces.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management.
• 3+ years leading AI/ML-driven product initiatives, ideally with exposure to computer vision, large language models, or agent-based systems.
• Strong foundation in computer science, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience conducting deep discovery with users to uncover needs and validate product direction.
• Solid understanding of the full ML and data lifecycle, from ingestion and training through deployment, measurement, and governance.
• Proven success operating in fast-paced, early-stage environments where outcomes matter.
• A blend of technical fluency, commercial thinking, and hands-on execution.
