They’re now looking for a creative, organised Senior Marketing Executive to join the small but high-impact marketing team. You’ll craft compelling content, deliver data-led campaigns, and play a key role in shaping how they grow and engage the community. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Editorial and Communications, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, turning ideas into action and insight into results. It’s a varied, hands-on role with scope to make your mark — and plenty of room to grow with them as they scale.

The Role
- Create engaging copy for email campaigns, social posts, partner updates, and presentations.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring brand voice and tone are consistent.
- Analyse engagement data and optimise content to improve performance.
- Manage and update the website with new copy, event listings, and partner announcements.
- Coordinate the curation and promotion of member-generated content.
- Support the delivery of member acquisition campaigns tailored to different European markets.
- Collaborate with event, partnership, and digital teams to deliver joined-up marketing activity.

Required Skills
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Confident using marketing tools to segment lists, create campaigns, and report on results.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling, and analytics tools.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Comfortable working in both planned and reactive marketing environments.
