Senior Content Producer

A leading London-based creative and marketing consultancy is looking for a Senior Content Producer to lead flagship, high-impact content across video, motion, events and omni-channel communications. This role sits at the sharp end of big moments — global launches, major events and leadership communications — where quality, precision and calm delivery are non-negotiable.
You’ll lead end-to-end production across high-visibility projects, partnering closely with creative, design, strategy and project management teams to deliver work to an exceptional creative and technical standard. You’ll be trusted to run complex productions, manage senior (including C-suite) stakeholders, and keep multiple workstreams moving smoothly under pressure.Key responsibilities
• Lead production of high-impact communications content across multiple channels
• Own production planning, timelines, workflows and delivery readiness
• Produce and oversee keynote and leadership presentation content for major events
• Lead video, motion and animation workflows end-to-end
• Manage budgets, schedules, freelancers and external suppliers
• Act as quality gatekeeper across accessibility, brand, motion and technical standards
• Maintain clean, reusable asset libraries with strong version control
• Partner closely with project management to keep work on track and on budget
• Use generative AI tools responsibly where appropriate
Experience Needed:
• Senior content production or post-production experience within a creative, brand or marketing agency
• Proven experience delivering content for large-scale events, leadership comms or global initiatives
• Highly organised, detail-driven and calm under pressure
• Confident in managing senior stakeholders & leading client communication
• Fluent with modern, cloud-based collaboration workflows
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Comfortable working with non-standard formats, specs and delivery environments
