Senior Brand Manager - 75k -12 Month FTCTake a new brand, give it a distinctive identity, and make some noise.
We're partnering with a major UK business that's quietly spent the last few years building something huge.

An entirely new digital platform, built from scratch, designed to transform a market that has barely changed in decades and open it up to millions of potential customers.

The product is built. It's live. And it's only just getting started.

Now they need to build the brand that can match the scale of the opportunity.
They're hiring a Brand Lead to take ownership of how the brand shows up in market, from positioning and messaging through to social, PR, campaigns and launches.

This isn't about inheriting an established brand and maintaining what's already there.

You'll be helping shape what this brand becomes.

What will you actually be doing?
You'll own and evolve the brand positioning, messaging and external narrative, helping define what the business should be known for and ensuring that story comes through consistently across every channel.
A major focus will be organic social.
They want to move beyond simply maintaining a content calendar and build a much more distinctive, creative presence that drives awareness and keeps the brand front of mind.

You'll also:

Set the direction for social content, formats, themes and storytelling.
Work with internal PR and an agency to develop stories and external narratives worth talking about.
Lead the brand thinking behind campaigns and launches, from audience insight and messaging through to the creative brief.
Bring Brand, Growth, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Design and PR together around one recognisable story.
Lead and develop a small team, while working with specialist agencies and internal teams.

What we're looking for

You'll probably have 5+ years' experience across Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing or Communications, with experience owning strategy rather than simply executing somebody else's.
We're looking for someone who can combine strategic brand thinking with creative judgement and execution.
Someone who can define the narrative, but also look at a social concept, campaign or piece of creative and know whether it's good enough.

B2B experience isn't essential.

In fact, experience within a challenger, disruptive or high-growth consumer brand could be particularly interesting.
You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, strong personalities and an environment where ideas move quickly.

This is for someone who wants to build, experiment and create a brand people actually notice.
