Senior Brand Designer (Luxury / UHNW) - London, mostly in-office
Propel is running a search for a Senior Brand Designer to join a business serving an ultra-high-net-worth audience, at a genuinely exciting point in its journey.
This business has built its reputation through trust and client experience rather than marketing spend. Brand has done the heavy lifting, and now, as the business scales, there's a real opportunity to take it further and make sure every touchpoint feels careful and considered.
You'd be joining a small, high-calibre London marketing team, sitting close to the people shaping strategy, with real ownership over how the brand looks, feels and shows up.The role
- As a senior individual contributor, you'll own brand design across a genuinely broad remit, packaging, welcome kits, events, sales materials, digital touchpoints.
- You'll take an existing visual identity and elevate it, bringing the kind of care and taste you'd associate with the best luxury brands, without losing what already works.
- The brand foundations are there, so this isn't about a full rebrand. It's about tightening, refining and applying a strong point of view consistently across everything the business touches.
This will suit you if:
- You've worked in-house at a brand known for genuine taste and attention to detail, not just aesthetics, but an understanding of how design makes people feel
- You've worked somewhere where digital product is core to how customers experience the brand, not just marketing sitting alongside it
- You care about the details others miss, and get real satisfaction from tightening something rather than starting from a blank page
- You're comfortable moving across formats, physical and digital, big-picture and fine detail
- You understand luxury and UHNW audiences instinctively, what restraint, quality and care communicate to a discerning client
This won't suit you if:
- You're looking for a high-volume, output-driven role where speed and quantity matter most. This role is about depth and care above all.
- You've only worked agency-side and haven't owned brand in-house
- You're looking for a large team or big budget to build from scratch - this is a close-knit, hands-on setup
- You need a fully defined brief to do your best work - there's real space here for point of view and judgement
- You're looking for remote work - this role is mostly in-office
Details:
- Mostly in-office in central London
- Applications must include a portfolio, either linked via your CV or shared as a separate document.
- This is a confidential search so candidates may be required to sign an NDA.
