Our client is an early-stage Impact SaaS business using AI to transform how employment support is delivered at scale. Partnering with public sector and mission-driven organisations, they’re modernising frontline services and driving measurable outcomes.

Now, they’re building their commercial engine.

This is a Founding Sales hire. You’ll own revenue end-to-end - building pipeline, closing complex deals, and shaping the go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

There’s no playbook to inherit.

You’ll define it.
Core Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle sales: prospecting ? close
• Build and manage high-quality pipeline
• Sell into public sector and mission-driven organisations
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Refine ICP, messaging, and sales process
• Feed customer insight into product and strategy

About You

• Experience in B2B and SaaS sales experience
• Experience selling into public or mission-led sectors
• Proven track record exceeding quota
• Consultative, entrepreneurial, high ownership
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• AI or early-stage startups experience.
