Our client is a early-growth SaaS business transforming how enterprise organisations manage security and safety operations. Their platform uses automation and advanced analytics to help global companies monitor risks, improve operational efficiency, and streamline decision-making — setting a new standard for security management.As SDR, you’ll play a central role in building and executing the outbound sales strategy. You’ll run targeted campaigns, engage senior decision-makers, and capture market insights to help refine messaging, identify ideal customer profiles, and accelerate product-market fit. This is a discovery-driven role where your conversations directly influence future commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

*Run outbound campaigns to curated lists of target companies.
*Engage senior stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Security, IT Directors, Facilities Leaders) using provided scripts and adapt messaging in real-time.
*Capture detailed qualitative insights — pain points, objections, existing systems, and follow-up notes.
*Book qualified discovery calls with prospects for the founder and commercial team.
*Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, value propositions, and target profiles based on market feedback.
*Record and organise all interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Loft, ZoomInfo).
*Contribute to process improvements and documentation of learnings for the wider team.

About You:

*Confident cold-caller, skilled at engaging senior decision-makers in consultative conversations.
*Naturally curious, analytical, and motivated to understand buyer behaviour.
*Strong communication, note-taking, and organisational skills.
*Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
*Bonus: Experience as an SDR / BDR in B2B SaaS, IT, Security, PropTech, or other technical sales.
*Bonus: experience with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Sales Loft, or similar tools.
