What you’ll be doing
Booking meetings with senior decision-makers at enterprise construction firms
Prospecting across LinkedIn, email and phone
Using tools like Hubspot, Sales Nav, Lusha, Gong and Zoom daily
Collaborating closely with the founders and senior sales team
Working towards promotion into an AE role within 12 months
What they’re looking for
Someone who’s hungry, relentless, and not afraid to pick up the phone
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results
Previous B2B sales experience is a bonus but not essential
Construction knowledge is also a bonus
