We’re working with a high-growth, VC-funded B2B SaaS company that’s transforming how organisations manage their job structures, skills data, and workforce planning. Their AI-powered platform is already used by major global brands across the UK and US—and they’re now scaling fast.



To support this growth, they're looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their collaborative, mission-led sales team.The Opportunity

As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of the sales team—generating qualified opportunities and starting conversations with forward-thinking companies. You’ll build a solid foundation in SaaS sales, working alongside experienced Account Executives while developing your own skills in outreach, qualification, and market research.



What You’ll Be Doing

Researching target companies and key contacts using LinkedIn and other tools
Reaching out to warm and cold leads through email, phone, and social media
Qualifying prospects and asking the right questions to understand pain points
Booking discovery calls and supporting sales reps in follow-up and handovers
Keeping CRM (HubSpot) data clean, accurate, and up to date
Supporting outbound campaigns and digital engagement initiatives
Shadowing senior sales team members on calls to learn the ropes
Representing the brand at the earliest stage of the customer journey with professionalism and enthusiasm


What You Need:

Some experience in a customer-facing or support/admin role (B2B)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident and curious when speaking to new people over the phone or online
Comfortable working toward goals and KPIs
Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward feedback and improvement
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven by results
Able to commute to London or Guildford as needed (especially during onboarding)
