As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll drive commercial expansion across the DACH region. You’ll own regional go-to-market activity, build long-term client partnerships, and position the business as a trusted technology leader in sustainable transformation.

This role offers the opportunity to combine commercial acumen with purpose-driven impact in a rapidly scaling, mission-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the DACH commercial strategy, identifying and developing high-value partnerships.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close.
- Build in-depth understanding of client processes and deliver tailored technical proposals.
- Conduct market analysis to support strategic growth decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows (approx. 50% travel).

About You
- Fluent in German and English (both essential).
- B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial tech, or automation.
- Skilled in navigating long, complex sales cycles.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding with consultative approach.
- Self-driven, structured, and target-oriented.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Full driving licence.
