Project Success Lead / CSM

Our client is a VC-backed, high-growth ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered.

With $ raised and deployments across major global contractors and asset owners, they are scaling rapidly across the US.

This hire will sit on one of their flagship projects.
The Role

You’ll own the deployment, adoption and ongoing success of the platform on a major construction site in West Texas.

• Lead the relationship and success of a flagship construction project
• Act as the primary point of contact for site leadership
• Drive onboarding, training and platform adoption across project teams
• Configure the system to align with complex construction workflows
• Identify ways to maximise platform value and embed it into daily operations
• Translate site feedback and data insights into product improvement
• Ensure seamless day-to-day performance and client satisfaction

About You
• Civil engineering or construction project management experience a must
• Deep understanding of how large-scale projects operate on-site
• Passion for improving construction through technology
• Highly proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
• Credible with field teams and senior leadership
• Analytical and technically confident
• VDC experience is a strong advantage
