Product Designer | AI SaaS | £50,000–£65,000 | Hybrid (London)
I'm partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing AI SaaS businesses as they look to hire a Product Designer to join their growing product team.
This is an opportunity to become the third designer in the business, taking ownership of the design direction for an entire product squad while helping shape the future of a rapidly evolving product.
They're looking for someone who's ready to take the next step in their career. You don't need to have done this exact role before, but you do need the confidence to work independently, make design decisions and own your work without needing constant direction.The Role
You'll work as part of a cross-functional product squad, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to design new features and improve existing user experiences.
This role offers genuine autonomy. You'll be trusted to define the design direction for your squad, contribute ideas and make decisions, rather than simply delivering designs handed down by others.
With only three designers in the team, you'll have the opportunity to influence how design develops as the business continues to grow.
What You'll Be Working On
- Owning the design direction for a product squad.
- Designing both brand-new features and improvements to existing functionality.
- Creating intuitive UX alongside polished, high-quality UI.
- Building new components and workflows for upcoming AI features.
- Improving discoverability across multiple product modules.
- Working closely with Product and Engineering to deliver features at startup pace.
What They're Looking For
- MUST HAVE recent experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- MUST HAVE experience working in a start up or scale up environment
- Experienced in Figma or similar tools
- Comfortable working in fast-moving product teams with quick release cycles.
- Able to work independently and confidently make design decisions.
- Someone looking to step into a role with greater ownership and responsibility.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI-powered products or features.
- Uses AI as part of your design process, whether that's research, synthesising customer feedback, analysing usage data or improving workflows.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary is £50,000- £65,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working, with a preference for candidates based in or around London.
