We’re partnering with a well-known UK consumer brand undergoing a significant digital and commercial transformation. As part of building a new in-house marketing function, they’re hiring their first Partnership Marketing Executive to support revenue growth through third-party distribution.Job Description
This role sits within the revenue-driving marketing activation team and focuses on commercial partnerships that enable the business to sell its services through other companies’ audiences. While operating in an FCA-regulated environment, the role closely aligns with affiliate marketing principles.
The Role
- Support the development and execution of commercial distribution partnerships
- Help turn partnership discussions into live, compliant campaigns
- Coordinate partner-led marketing activity with internal teams
- Track partner performance and report on commercial impact
- Manage day-to-day partner communications and promotions
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with real ownership.
Required Skills
- Experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing or commercial marketing
- Understanding of distribution-led growth models
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue outcomes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
- Experience in regulated industries is beneficial but not essential
