The Company
We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing business in the financial services space — one of the most recognised names in retail investing, with a community of over a million members and a B2B arm that works with hundreds of financial brands globally.

The business runs campaigns, content, and events that help financial brands reach and engage everyday investors. Their events programme is a major part of what they do — and it’s growing fast, with flagship experiences in London, New York, and more in the pipeline.

Culture-wise, it’s a small, high-performing team where people are trusted to own things and given real room to grow. People who join tend to stay — and do well.

The Opportunity
This is a newly created role sitting at the heart of how the business delivers for its commercial partners. You’ll be the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly — keeping partners informed, campaigns on track, and events delivered to a high standard.

The role touches two areas: partner correspondence and campaign delivery and events. Both are central to what the business does, and both are growing.

On the partner side, you’ll be the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of live commercial partners — coordinating internally across content, marketing, and events teams to make sure everything lands on brief and on time. You’ll build reporting and performance materials, keep things organised, and make partners feel the value of the relationship.

On the events side, you’ll support the Head of Events across a busy calendar — in-person and online formats across the year. Think logistics, supplier management, partner comms, speaker briefings, and on-site delivery. This includes attending events in person, including in New York a few times a year. It’s a meaningful, visible part of the role — and as the events programme grows, so does the opportunity within it.

The overarching goal is simple: partners who are well looked after renew. That’s the benchmark.

Who They’re Looking For
This is an early-career role. What matters more than a specific background is the right set of traits — someone organised, clear in their communication, and genuinely excited by the variety this kind of role brings.

• 1.5 - 2+ years in a delivery, coordination, account management, or events-adjacent role
• Comfortable dealing with external contacts day to day — confident and clear, not necessarily a seasoned account manager
• Highly organised and reliable — someone who keeps multiple workstreams moving without things slipping
• Consultative by nature — you ask good questions, listen well, and relay information accurately
• Comfortable with basic data — building trackers, pulling reports, putting together performance summaries
• Happy in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where you won’t be heavily directed
• Ambitious — you want to build something and grow, not just tick tasks off a list

A background in or genuine interest in financial services or investing is a bonus — people who care about the space tend to get passionate about the product quickly, and that shows.

What’s In It For You
• £32,500 – £37,500 base salary depending on experience
• Renewal bonus on top — £500 per partner renewal, paid in addition to base
• Equity package
• 33 days holiday (25 days plus UK bank holidays)
• Full benefits package — virtual GP, gym discounts, salary sacrifice schemes, personal development budget
• International travel — New York and other locations as the events calendar grows
• Real autonomy and ownership from early on
• Direct exposure to commercial leadership from day one
• Clear progression pathways — whether that’s into a more commercial, client-facing route or deeper into events and operational leadership as the function grows

This Role Will Suit You If
You’re early in your career and want a role with real breadth — not one narrow specialism. You want to be client-facing, involved in events, and earning more responsibility as you go.

You’re someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do. You have a test-and-learn mindset — you’ll try things, see what works, and improve from there. You’re not put off by ambiguity; if anything, you’re energised by it.

Maybe you’ve been in a coordinator or exec role and feel ready to own more. Maybe you’ve had some events exposure and want to combine it with account management. Maybe you just want to work somewhere with a strong culture, a product people genuinely love, and a team that gives you room to grow.

If that sounds like you — we’d love to hear from you.
