The Paid Media Account Manager role offers the opportunity to own and shape the performance of several key client accounts, with a strong emphasis on Paid Search and the chance to develop further across Paid Social channels. You will manage complex budgets, lead strategy, and act as a trusted partner to clients, while also supporting and developing junior team members. The Role
- Own the strategy, performance, and delivery of multiple paid media accounts
- Lead Paid Search activity across large, complex Google Ads budgets
- Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns where relevant to client objectives
- Act as the day-to-day client contact, running weekly calls and performance reviews
- Deliver clear reporting and insights, aligned to lead generation and commercial goals
- Line manage and develop 1-2 Account Executives, ensuring high standards of delivery
- Collaborate closely with Account Directors and wider agency teams
- Contribute to new business pitches, testing, and innovation projects
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns at scale
- Confidence handling significant budgets and complex account structures
- Experience working in lead generation environments, ideally B2B
- Exposure to Paid Social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok
- Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
