Operations Lead – High-Growth Real Estate Consultancy ?

Propel is partnering with a London-based real estate consultancy that’s redefining how modern businesses approach property. From commercial office strategies to residential solutions, they handle the full journey, finding, fitting out, and managing spaces that help clients thrive.

Now at 35 people and scaling fast, they’re looking for an Operations Lead to take ownership of business operations, ensuring systems, processes, and people are set up for long-term success.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning operations across compliance, governance, finance processes, and workplace management.
Leading AML checks for clients and ensuring GDPR processes and documentation are up to date.
Partnering with finance advisors and accountants on invoicing, reporting, and budgeting.
Managing supplier relationships, from tech and facilities to workplace providers, and leading an upcoming office move.
Rolling out business-critical projects, improving systems, and embedding scalable processes.
Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting planning sessions, leadership meetings, and company-wide initiatives.
Collaborating closely with HR & People on culture, onboarding, and internal communications.
Balancing hands-on operational tasks (IT issues, logistics, supplies) with strategic delivery.

What they’re looking for:

4–5 years’ experience in operations, business management, or project delivery within a growing business (20–50 people).
Experience managing compliance processes, AML, GDPR, and supplier governance.
Confident handling budgets and partnering with external finance, tech, and legal teams.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects or systems rollouts.

Hands-on and resourceful, as comfortable fixing issues on the spot as driving long-term change.
