About the Role
As a Mid-Weight Designer, you will play a central role in shaping how this emerging product shows up to the world. You will translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication across web, social, email, paid channels and campaign materials. This isn’t a purely executional role — you will help set the creative direction while also producing high-quality design.

You’ll partner closely with marketing, product and growth teams to ensure the brand is consistent, compelling and easy to understand at every touchpoint.

The Role:
- Translate product features and technical ideas into accessible, high-impact visual design
- Create assets across web, email, social, paid channels and campaign surfaces
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the product’s visual identity
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product and growth teams on integrated campaigns
- Bring creative direction and conceptual thinking to briefs, not just execution
- Support product launches, customer education materials and go-to-market activity
- Maintain consistency and quality across all visual touchpoints

Required Skills:
- 4–6+ years’ experience in brand, digital or marketing design
- Experience working within or closely alongside a product-led environment — ideally tech, SaaS, fintech, digital platforms or B2B product businesses
- Ability to take technical product features and turn them into clear, compelling visual stories
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking, with confidence shaping direction as well as delivering hands-on work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Multi-channel design skills across web, social, email, paid media and campaign formats
- Motion design experience is beneficial but not essential
