We’re looking for a Media Data Analyst working across a high-profile global account within the beauty industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex campaign data into clear insights, helping media teams understand performance and make better decisions.

You’ll analyse campaign performance across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Video and CTV.You’ll be responsible for:

Analysing campaign data against KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, reach and frequency
Identifying trends, audience behaviours and optimisation opportunities
Helping explain why campaign performance has changed
Supporting the development of Power BI dashboards and regional reporting
Creating reports using tools such as Looker Studio and Supermetrics
Automating reporting and data processes using Python or R
Turning data into clear recommendations for targeting, budget allocation and media planning
Supporting A/B testing and campaign experimentation
Ensuring data is accurate, consistent and reliable
Working closely with media planners, strategists, account teams and clients
Exploring how AI and machine learning can improve media analytics
What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience in a data analysis role within a media agency, advertising platform or client-side media team.

You should also have:

A strong understanding of digital media channels and performance metrics
Experience using Python for data cleaning, analysis or automation
Experience working with advertising platform APIs
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar tools
An understanding of measurement approaches such as MMM, MTA and incrementality
Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
The ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiences
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
A genuine interest in media analytics, AI and emerging technology
