Martech Engineer

Hiring: MarTech Engineer - 6 months - Remote - Ideally in Poland but can anywhere be in Europe My Fintech client is urgently looking for their first MarTech Engineer and need someone who can take ownership of their marketing measurement infrastructure. This is a high-impact role focused on building a resilient, scalable tracking ecosystem that ensures every marketing pound is measurable and every growth decision is driven by data.

You'll lead server-side tracking (sGTM, GA4, Meta CAPI), Consent Mode v2 implementation, first-party identity capture, attribution accuracy, and tracking governance across the business. Working closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Compliance, you'll play a critical role in shaping our growth strategy.

I am looking for someone with deep hands-on experience in GA4, server-side GTM, conversion APIs, data-layer design, consent management, and marketing attribution. Experience in financial services, trading, iGaming, or another regulated industry is a plus.
