As Marketing Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that marketing and operational collateral is not only effective and accurate, but also fully compliant. You will oversee the end-to-end management of customer-facing materials, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on management, with responsibility for supplier relationships, print and stock management, and regulatory adherence. You will also have the opportunity to shape key customer journeys, influence process improvements, and act as a guardian for collateral governance. This role offers high visibility across marketing, compliance, and product teams, with scope to lead initiatives that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.

The Role
- Manage the relationship with print and production suppliers, overseeing budgets, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Lead customer journey mapping to ensure collateral supports every stage effectively and compliantly.
- Act as a key approver for customer-facing documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and FCA guidelines.
- Implement technology and processes that improve collateral access, governance, and auditability.
- Oversee stock management, ensuring collateral is available across all internal teams when needed.
- Act as operational lead for strategic projects affecting collateral, including regulatory change initiatives.
- Produce reports on compliance adherence and collateral performance for senior stakeholders.
- Train and support colleagues on approval processes, governance tools, and best practice.


Required Skills
- Proven experience in marketing services, operations, or document management, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance, approvals, and governance processes (FCA exposure advantageous).
- Excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills with confidence in negotiations.
- Ability to map and optimise customer journeys through clear and compliant collateral.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage deadlines and priorities across multiple teams.
- Process improvement mindset, with experience implementing technology and embedding best practice.
