About the role:
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of the marketing and growth function, turning performance data into the insights that fuel smarter acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You’ll work with talented colleagues across marketing, product, and analytics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and shape high-impact campaigns.

This is a role with direct commercial impact. You’ll move seamlessly from building dashboards to presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. You’ll run experiments, test hypotheses, and leverage both internal and external datasets to stay ahead of market opportunities. The Role
- Analyse marketing performance data across multiple digital channels to uncover opportunities and optimise campaigns.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Looker.
- Model and track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and attribution to guide decision-making.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into impactful marketing actions.
- Use third-party and internal datasets to identify trends and forecast performance.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or commercial data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL with working knowledge of Python for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and testing methodologies.
- Skilled in data visualisation using tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
