The Role
This is a high-visibility Manager role leading end-to-end MMM and marketing effectiveness engagements from scoping through to insight and activation. You'll own multiple client relationships at senior level, manage and develop project teams, and play an active part in growing the practice – all within a collaborative, intellectually rigorous consultancy environment that genuinely values curiosity and craft.
You'll work on complex, multi-market programmes for international clients, translating advanced modelling outputs into strategic investment decisions for C-suite stakeholders. Day to Day
- Leading end-to-end MMM and marketing effectiveness programmes across multiple client accounts, from data strategy and scoping through to modelling, insight delivery and activation
- Translating complex analytical outputs into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders and C-suite clients
- Managing and mentoring project teams, conducting performance reviews, supporting career development and maintaining high standards of delivery
- Acting as the primary strategic and operational contact for key client accounts, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow them
- Contributing to new business activity – supporting pitches, shaping proposals and helping scope new projects in line with the consultancy's capabilities
- Driving continuous improvement in MMM methodology, tooling and internal assets to scale delivery excellence across the practice
- Contributing to thought leadership, knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives that strengthen the consultancy's position in the market
What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on experience in econometrics, MMM or marketing effectiveness, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment
- Strong technical skills across Python, R and SQL, with a solid grounding in regression, Bayesian statistics and advanced modelling techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex model outputs into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Experience leading and developing teams, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and delivering to high standards under pressure
- Strong client management skills – comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex organisations and maintaining trusted relationships
- A collaborative, curious mindset with a genuine interest in innovation and a commitment to quality
