They're already partnered with major players across retail, healthcare, and logistics, and are entering a new phase of growth, building out their support and engineering teams to keep up with demand.

We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong SaaS experience, solid technical troubleshooting skills, and a passion for helping customers.

In this role, you’ll be the glue between our customers and engineering teams, solving complex issues, running command lines in Linux, managing the ticketing system, and being the calm, knowledgeable voice our customers rely on.

What you’ll be doing:
Handling 2nd line support queries across our SaaS platform

Using the Linux command line to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Managing and prioritising issues via a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)

Speaking directly with customers to resolve problems and escalate when needed

Working closely with product and engineering to flag bugs and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for:
? Experience in a SaaS company
? Comfortable using the Linux CLI
? Strong communicator – you’ll be speaking with customers regularly
? Organised, analytical, and able to manage a busy ticketing queue
? Bonus: experience with scripting, APIs, or dev environments
