Freelance HubSpot Specialist
Contract: 3–6 months
Start: Mid-July
Location: London or Berlin (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
We're supporting a fast-growing business in a regulated industry to find an experienced HubSpot Specialist for an initial 3–6 month freelance contract.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll be responsible for building, managing and executing HubSpot activity across a complex B2B sales environment. Working closely with commercial and marketing teams, you'll ensure campaigns, workflows and CRM processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.Responsibilities
Build, manage and execute HubSpot campaigns and communications.
Create and maintain workflows, automations and CRM processes.
Support lead management and lifecycle activity across a complex B2B sales funnel.
Partner with commercial and marketing stakeholders to optimise HubSpot usage and campaign delivery.
Maintain data quality and CRM best practice across the platform.
About You
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
Experience working within a regulated industry or a complex B2B sales environment.
Confident managing CRM, automation and campaign execution from end to end.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced business.
Available to start around mid-July.
